freehand editions
Inspired by a simple fix on an old sauna ladle handle, fixed with wire and outright everyday genius. Heiki (named after the man who invented the fix) are soft and bulbous vases, with a unique wooden handle, fixed onto the glass after it has cooled down.

Freehand blown glass - each piece is unique and can not be replicated
Two colours
Heiki is characterised by the freehand blown body in which two colours meet. This meeting point is a beautiful place: depending on the hardness of the colour and the oxides within it, interesting things can happen.
Making holes
The piece is shaped and as a finishing touch two holes are stretched out of the glass to house the wooden handle.
Aspiring the perfect proportion
Heiki is designed to be born from a bubble- it has a heavy body and a smooth opening. Each piece is unique, giving space for the human touch and resulting in perfect variety.
