Skilled cold working expertise is required to achieve the large vertical overlapping diamond wheel cuts ranging from rough to fine.
The heavy glass piece has to be handled by a single person for several hours during this cold working process.

CERAMIC | We work with wheel throwing as a process to shape our ceramic bowls. In this craft wet clay is shaped on a horizontal wheel, spinning to aid the formation of a round shape. A ball of clay is centred on the wheel and pulled up and shaped by the makers hand.
